Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribing pharmacist in accordance with current clinical guidelines. We may contact your GP or request additional information before processing your order.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will receive a full refund of any consultation or product fees paid, unless a clinical review service has already been completed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Orders approved after the daily dispatch cut-off will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery is available to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to maintain patient confidentiality.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines (POMs), in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
Non-prescription products may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened for hygiene or safety reasons.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the matter promptly.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
